Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include: phone number, school or organization, the role you select, and your message. When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our services.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and discuss our services with you
• To deliver the services you engage us for, including career counseling, job search support, professional development, networking skills, internship opportunities and workshops
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our web host and the email service that delivers contact form messages to us. They may use it only to provide those services.

Booking a consultation uses Calendly. Nothing from Calendly loads until you choose to book; once you do, Calendly’s privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.

Some pages include video testimonials hosted on YouTube. No YouTube content loads until you press play; once you do, YouTube’s privacy policy applies to that video.

Confidentiality

All of our services are covered by our privacy agreement, and every client signs a non-disclosure agreement.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond promptly.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information without a parent’s consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date above shows when it was last updated.
